Job description
Mission
Responsible of handling Administrative aspects tasks of the Purchasing function at the site level to facilitate cross functional process competitiveness in liaison with the organization
Responsibilities
Monitor Purchasing administrative tasks
Maintain his/her supplier panel and ensures Supplier information recorded in the systems is updated and accurate.
Performs when required ordering Process within e-procurement system.
Solves daily operational issues to answer internal customer needs
Proposes and Implement productivity actions
Develop and Support usage of on line catalogs
Bachelor degree of Business Administration or Accounting degree.
From 0 to 1 years of relevant experience.
Excellent command of English language is a must.
