Job description
What are we looking for? A Service Management Implementation Manager
What will you do here? You will be engaged in offer development & implementation management, in an agile mode, plus new innovative services development and first customer implementations for complex Managed Services Solutions offered by Orange Business Services.
You do not have around 10 + years of experience in project management, product management, Subject Matter Expertise & process development preferably in offer development community
You do not have strong knowledge of Service Management activities
You do not have good knowledge of Orange Network & Products – SDN/NFV, Big Data, IoT, cloud computing, UC&C, cybersecurity, cyberdefense, etc.
You do not have at least B.Sc. Communication or Computer Engineering Degree
You do not have a PMP or Synergy/similar certifications.
You are not an ITIL expert.
You will be an obvious choice if you are a professional level French speaker – preferred.
