Business Analyst is urgently required for a well known strategic business development and consultancy firm

Location: Nasr city
Salary: Negotiable
Experience: 1-3 Years.

Job description
Business analysts collect, analyze, plan, design, program, test and implement client projects.
Generate reports that deliver data such as client performance, project timeline, project expenses and training material.
Formulate complex business plans and recommendations for customers
Work with the Managing Director and others to publicize and promote the capabilities and success stories of PP
Develop and nurture excellent professional relationships with clients and peers in the community, and where appropriate, build alliances and consortiums that lead to joint projects
Participate in the different working groups, workshops and training groups and launch projects in multiple areas including business incubators
Work to broaden and strengthen contacts with other public and private organizations
Deliver applied research, professional presentations & writing projects

Other requirements & Skills
Excellent command for English language (additional languages are a plus)
Excellent communication, analytical, research skills
Very good command of Microsoft office applications
Preferably a bachelor degree in Business administration (major: marketing, business administration or economics)

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
