Finance Manager

Finance Manager
A leading pharmaceutical company in Egypt need Finance Manager reporting to the Business Director and based in Oubor city.
The prospective candidate core responsibilities are:
Play pivotal role in the financial planning process
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process top down and bottom up
Contribute to the pricing structure strategy of different products in coordination with the commercial team
Monitor receivable and payables against set timelines
Prepare monthly management accounts for the organization and stock aging, including variance analysis and reports to concerned members
Prepare monthly cash flow for the organization and report on variances to budget
Agree operational KPI’s and report them on a timely manner
Undertake audit visits to depots ensuring correct use of donor funds as and when required
Ad hoc reporting to the board as required
Maintain Asset Register
Supervise bank reconciliations, petty cash, and expenses
Assist in preparing yearly budgeting and cash flow forecasts
Maintain and update accounting and financial records as appropriate
