Description
Manage and handle the product requirement plan.
Track all pricing and payment terms based on suppliers data base.
Audit freight cost.
Manage all shipments with different shipping and clearance agents.
Track and trace shipments at every stage.
Follow up with clearance agents to make sure that the correct customs duty is applied for all shipments.
Provide ongoing data to logistics.
Manager for all invoices (amount and payment due date).
Ensure all products are received in the required format and content. (barrels / bags, etc.)

Qualifications
Have Bachelors degree at management or logistic.
Ability to communicate effectively with different backgrounds.
Problem solving and analytical capabilities.
Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions and solutions. Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive attitude.
High organization skills/ Ability to multi task
