Main Responsibilities
• Type documents, photocopy, scan, file and distribute documents as requested by management team.
• Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
• Maintain E-Mail and Mail follow.
• Provide support for organizing and arranging company events.
• Coordinate conference and meetings.
• Coordinate with different departments inside the organization.
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
• Write business letters, reports or office memos using word processing programmers.
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Maintain office General & Administrative office budget.
• Maintain and supervise the cleanliness of the office premises

Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree in Business administration or equivalent.
• 1- 3 Years’ experience as an office Admin.
• Male Only.
• Diary Management.
• Good Command of English Language.
• Good computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Good typing and keyboard skills.
• Managing administrative processes.
• Strong Organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong ethics and reliability-Males Only.
• Knowledge of office administration procedures.
• Self-motivated and could work under pressure.
