Treasury Assistant

Job Description:

  • Prepare and review daily Cash Position (Daily)
  • Prepare all bank instructions related to cash management on the predefine format on time ( Internal Transfer, Outgoing Transfer, Bank Drafts, Custom Payments, Time deposits etc). (Daily)
  • Follow up with banks to get the transactions executed in the same day (Daily)
  • Upload on line bank statement on SAP (Daily).
  • Review Import documents and ensure docs are approved and sent to the banks on time. (Daily)
  • Issue Marine Insurance ( Daily)
  • Follow up with banks to get the import Doc within the agreed lead time (case by case).
  • Prepare weekly Trade KPIs reports. (Weekly)
  • Run the monthly Trade (IDC) reconciliation
  • Run monthly bank balance confirmation.
  • Support and clear the unreconciled items with finance team for 2 banks.(Monthly)
