with 3-5 years of experience;
BA Business Administration, or equivalent field.

Payroll and Personnel specialist

Payroll and Personnel specialist @Athear for Educational services
Processing employees’ social insurance, termination, leave of absence, and other activities using the appropriate forms
Creating and maintaining personnel records for each employee and maintaining the employee database system
Keeping records of work times and attendance, tracking employees’ absences, and sending warnings accordingly
Keeping records of insurance coverage and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations
Establishing social insurance for the entire staff
Ensuring the company’s compliance with laws and regulations concerning personnel matters as well as presenting and issuing any necessary documents required by official authorities (e.g., labor and insurance offices)
Responsible for the processing of monthly payrolls and performing annual payroll taxreconciliation
Dealing with the Social Insurance and Labor Office to solve any issue or problem concerningemployees

Qualifications & Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
1 – 3 years of experience in the payroll and personn
Very good command of the English language
Very good computer skills

Work Location : 5th settlement
Working Hours : 9 to 5
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

The Company is a start up company so this person will be responsible for creating all related issues from scratch.

Description This position is responsible for performing HR administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to employee attendance, insurance administration and supervising all activities necessary to process the companys payroll. Including maintaining related records, processing deductions voluntary and involuntary deductions, such as leaves and garnishments, preparing accounting transactions and documents, documenting and updating procedures, and preparing special reports for senior management.
