Ensure a healthy stock level in pharmacies and accurate replenishment.
Monitor competitors and market activities to identify business gaps and opportunities.

Set a weekly visit plan to ensure optimum coverage in the assigned area and report daily on the visits outcomes and feedback.

Education/ Qualification
Scientific background: Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Vet, or Science.

The Medical representative will assume the responsibility for achieving sales goals by implementing ethical marketing and sales strategies aimed at effectively selling and promoting LEO pharma’s portfolio products to physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other paramedical customers.
Your Responsibilities:
Act as key link between LEO Pharma and Health Care Professionals through developing adequate professional relations with identified customers.
Ensure the achievement of pre-determined targets following company values and regulations
Ensure the implementation of marketing & sales plans
Strategically increase the awareness of LEO Pharma products through continuous sharing LEO products and disease knowledge, medical news and treatment programs with Healthcare Providers.

Job description
Purpose & Scope:
As a successful candidate for this position, you will be contributing to the development of medical strategy and provides Medical input into Brand Strategies and Medical guidance and governance for all LEO therapeutic areas ensuring support of the life cycle of all products. This role works to execute the medical component of the Brand Strategies, ensure team members are properly trained, and ensures medical efforts are properly documented.
Your Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of the Medical component of the Brand Strategy, and develop a Medical Plan for each assigned product, in support of the Brand Plans.
Develop and implement therapeutic area specific medical plans and publication plans.
Review promotional materials and Regulatory documents for medical accuracy and compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations. .
Maintain up to date clinical knowledge in appropriate therapeutic areas, and provide appropriate overall strategic and operational input into LEO objectives.
Develop presentation materials as required.
Provide therapeutic area training as needed.
Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the therapy areas by reviewing the literature, discussions with Key Opinion Leaders and key stakeholders, participating in cross functional interactions, attending scientific congresses, etc.
Lead the management of IIS (clinical studies), phase IV clinical studies.
Work with Scientific Affairs & QA department head to develop the KOL and Stakeholder engagement plans in accordance with the overall strategic brand plans.
Management of publications related to the brands.
Create and deliver brand training when needed.
Contribute to the development, attend and present at appropriate meetings (advisory board meetings, investigator meetings, KOL meetings, CME, LEO meetings, etc.)
Develop and maintain a good working relationship and interact directly with Global Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, and other LEO affiliates to understand global strategy and share best practices.
Provide cross-functional therapeutic and product expertise to internal customers in both Dermatology and Thrombosis.
Support the marketing and market access strategy for all LEO focus products by being a key member on cross functional teams.
Support the development/revision and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures as required.
Ensure all Medical activities are compliant with appropriate LEO SOP’s, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines.
Participate in personal development and training sessions.

Your qualifications
BSc. of Medicine is a must
2 – 5 years of experience in a multinational Pharmaceutical company.
1 – 2 years of experience in a Scientific Affairs position.
Excellent presentation and teaching skills and to represent the company in a professional manner at medical, scientific and public events.

Ability to form relationships quickly and have demonstrable persuasive abilities
