Receptionist at Schindler
Job description
Responsible for maintaining the company main gate and telephone calls according to Schindler standards.
Meeting visitors, and informing related employee.
Responsible for all correspondences from/to the company according to company regulations. (Faxes, mail, invoices) and to distribute to related department.
Develop and train all associates in system utilization, customer call-handling processes and efficient dispatching.
Implement appropriate escalation process in order to ensure that all calls are handled effectively.
Maintain HR different functions. Independently in some of it and in collaboration with HRD/Team in others, i.e : Attendance, employee needs, …etc”
Maintain Call Back log sheet on monthly basis.
Responsible for time sheet registration to the system on monthly basis and according to agreed schedule with the HR Administration & Payroll Manager.
Introduce 80% of time sheets into database.
Checks regularly the error list for Timesheets and Business objects.
Solves obvious errors or easy to correct errors at timesheet error level without taking decision where possible.
Job Requirements:
Computer science at user level
Advanced English
Customer orientation
Commitment and discipline
Conflicts resolution
Experience Required:
1 years being employed in the sector or experience in HR.
