Description
Implements policies and procedures as required for development, submit the proposals and recommendations necessary to direct supervisor according to the requirements of the work.
Receives reviews and analyzes customer requests and follows the customers final approval of the initial invoices, and communicate with any inquiries or comments from the client and prepare reports to be submitted to the direct manager.
Review documentary credits and bank transfers of customers and send them to the financial sector to follow up collection procedures.
Receive approved product price lists to communicate it with customers.
Monitor market variables and conditions internally, externally and continuously by all available means.
Receives customer complaints and transfers them to the concerned departments and follows them until a solution is reached to satisfy the customer and prepares reports and submits them to his direct supervisor.
Receives the companys clients from home and abroad due to the size and importance of the client, including arranging the procedures for receiving and booking hotels with the competent authorities and all reception facilities.
Participates in preparing the annual sales plan and in a target selling position for each customer.
Receives studies, analyzes and forecasts market researches, anticipates expected sales and participates in the development of proposals on the production plan to meet market and customer needs.
Keeps track of the performance of all clients and prepares periodic reports on sales and sends them to his direct manager.
Cooperates with the marketing department in following up the marketing activities of its clients and also in analyzing the results of current and prospective market research.

Qualifications
-Bachelor of Suitable university Degree
-Experience 3 -5 years.
Background Manufacturing is most Paper Industry is Preferred
