Position: Secretary
Location: Kantara (Ismailia), Egypt

Job Tasks
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
• File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
• Make travel arrangements.
• Document expenses and hand in reports.
• Undertake occasional receptionist duties.
• Assist in the preparation of presentational material and other documentation for wider internal and/or external circulation.
• Answer phone calls and take messages or refer calls to appropriate staff member.
• Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
• Greet people in reception and often have to handle questions, orders.

Min 3 Years of Experience of related work experience.
Excellent command of written & spoken Arabic & English
