Responsible for performing general accounting work, including bookkeeping, analyzing and verifying fiscal records and reports, preparing financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within the organization profit and loss statements and providing job related information to other staff regarding accounting practices and procedures.
Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.

Develop, implement, modify, and document record keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
Ensures compliance to the legal requirements, administrative requirements within the organizational frame.
Ensure that the stamp “paid” exists on the all the set of documents and send it finally to the archiving department.
Follow up the cycle of the documentation and ensure that the payment was done as per company regulations and in compliance with the local law.
Ensure that the accounts details are fed in the system as per the payments vouchers details (prepaid, accrued) Generating detailed reports to measure achieved budget vs. planned and correct any variances (if any) Interacts with internal and external auditors in completing audits and prepares audit schedules for external auditors and provides assistance and information to them.
