• Coordination of Vacation/Leave, Med. Insurance, Med Claims, Timesheets, Business Trips, Overtime

• Issuance of employment verification letters, coordination of employee requests for personnel services, distribution of mail

• Controls and manage BAAN database of employee’s information & maintains all the necessary records

• Handle employee issues and complaints, manage company correspondence and distribution.

• Maintaining personnel files and ensuring that entries are correctly made for changes in status such as salary increases, promotions, deductions, absences, annual vacation entitlement and balances, termination processing.

• Develops and maintains professional relations with Governmental Agencies and service providers.

• Help employees & their managers in performance & disciplinary matters.

• HR coordinator has to be in regular touch with project managers for any requirements related with projects, and prepare the necessary announcements of required positions

• Responsibility also includes screening & monitoring the received CV’s for the available positions; and making referrals of well-qualified and skillful applicants to the respective department managers

• HR coordinator will evaluate training, managing the delivery of training coordinating with the HR Manager

• Coordinate with the HR Manager to build Job Description, and define the HR systems requirements & Chart of Organization

• Performing monthly reports & other related duties as assigned by the HR Manager
